Refund Policy

Exchange/Refund Policy:

We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange (does not apply to custom made pieces or loose diamonds of any size). All items must be in original condition.

We do not offer refunds. Only exchanges will be considered. Custom made pieces will not be eligible for refunds or exchanges.

No refunds on deposits made for custom design orders.

No returns or refunds on loose diamond sales of any size.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
